How Can We Help?
In order for MailCleaner to correctly handle messages, respond to the interface and be able to use all network checks, you’ll have to open some ports on your network.
These are:
Incoming:
– 25 TCP (smtp, from ANY or only from your frontend gateways)
– 80 and/or 443 TCP (optional, for user and administration interfaces)
Outgoing:
– 25 TCP (smtp, to ANY or your proxy gateway)
– 22 and 2401 TCP (Mailcleaner update, via sourceforge.net, but can be mirrored elsewhere)
– 80 and/or 443 TCP (Mailcleaner binaries and anti-viruses updates, to ANY or to your proxy gateway)
– 7 and 2703 TCP (Razor, to ANY, optional, can be desactivated)
– 24441 UDP (Pyzor, to ANY, optional, can be desactivated)
– 6277 UDP (DCC, to ANY, optional, can be desactivated)
Between different filters :
– 3306 and 3307 TCP (database synchronization)
– 22 TCP (Mailcleaner internal synchronization)
– 5132 TCP (web services)
